Follow the lure of guitars, keyboards, vocals, brass, and symphonic sounds to Covington where summer is kicking off like we do it - full of music and fun for everyone.

LIVE AT LEGION SUMMER-FALL 2025

Are you ready for Live at Legion? Cheer on the bands who take the stage and deliver powerful performances celebrated by people who attend these annual music events. Live at Legion is free for all ages and BYOC (bring your own chair)! This summer’s lineup includes:

• Hotter Than July - Stevie Wonder Tribute Band | June 13
• Roots Concert: Tribute - a Celebration of The Allman Brothers Band | August 8
• A1A - Jimmy Buffet Tribute Band | September 12
• Dancing Dream - ABBA Tribute Band | October 10 *Headliner of the Annual Pink Out Concert

INDEPENDENCE DAY CONCERT - JULY 7

What is the Fourth of July without the familiar refrains of patriotic songs! The Newton County Community Band warms up to perform free community events throughout the year. The band consists of volunteer musicians, including high school students and adults of all ages.

SUMMER SOLSTICE ON THE SQUARE

• Chris, Jon, Scott | June 21 at 7 pm

Chris, Jon and Scott all play for a large show band and naturally drifted together to form this trio that is now a hometown favorite. There is no limit to the variety of styles Chris, Jon and Scott perform. Come early for the best spot and make it a night to remember! More info on the band.

BAR BANDS

Covington's bars and venues keep the music flowing nearly every weekend with bands ranging from country and bluegrass, singer/songwriter, to rock and jazz, including karaoke nights.
