Get ready, vamps and werewolves! Secure tickets for March 28-29 in Covington as the founders of Creation Entertainment have an amazing Vampire Diaries Festival coming to you. Gary Berman and Adam Malin, the teen founders of Creation Entertainment in the 1970s, learned that fan conventions are highly sought after for followers of genre TV and film – and are happy to bring this new and exciting event to the fictional Mystic Falls!

Creation Entertainment hosts the the inaugural Covington Salute to Vampire Diaries Festival: The Real Mystic Falls Fan Experience! This special celebration will be a star-studded memorable experience where attendees can tour the areas where the hit series The Vampire Diaries was filmed; airing from 2009 to 2017.

Show headliners Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley – cherished in their roles as the Salvatore Brothers – and more celebrity guests will be on hand for an action-packed experience. Fans can enjoy daytime programming featuring special guests, panel discussions, cosplay and trivia competitions, photo ops, autograph signing sessions, merchandise, and nighttime events!

Ian Somerhalder is best known to fans of The Vampire Diaries as Damon Salvatore, and he has been in many other projects throughout his career, including LOST, Smallville, The Rules of Attraction, and his own philanthropic and environmental ventures.

Paul Wesley may be Star Trek's Captain Kirk now, but fans of Vampire Diaries of course know him as Stefan Salvatore. Paul has also been directing films. Before TVD, his credits include Wolf Lake, Smallville and more.

Did you know? We have a few insiders’ tips for the festival:

• Your purchase of a Celebrity Photo Opp gives you an 8x10 glossy full color photo of yourself with the celebrity. Up to two fans can be in the photo on one ticket, with up to four fans in one photo (with two tickets for four).
• Youmust have an admission ticket to be able to get an autograph or photo op for the day the guest is scheduled to appear.
• Kids 6 and under are free but will need to sit on a lap in seated events.
• Please come for more than one actor. These fandom events are a celebration of the series and multiple actors from the show will attend.

Many of you likely know an amazing TVD exhibit is open daily at the Covington Welcome Center. When you land in town, this is your first stop where you can see Damon’s original car, stage props, clothing and more and to learn from the onsite volunteers about more behind-the-scenes fun facts.
