What is the main thing you want people to learn from Vampire Stalkers Tours?

“How amazing Covington is. We make sure our tour guests know the best places to visit while here in town, shopping locally and falling in love with our downtown businesses. We tell them firsthand experiences with cast members, and fans love knowing what their favorite cast member likes to eat or drink.”

Hint: Damon's favorite Covington ice cream or Elena's favorite Covington coffee … Angie knows.

“Jessica (tour founder) and I grew up in Covington. We went to middle and high school together. We want others to see and love our little square as much as we do.”

What are some of the biggest surprises people have on the tour?

“We have had multiple celebrities join our tours … (including) a few Real Housewives! We have had multiple wedding engagements. Just last week a gentleman went into detail planning a scavenger hunt for his girlfriend (we made sure every detail was planned out). He had a replica journal for her to read quotes from the show; music played from the scene at Lockwood Mansion. She said yes!”

What do your participants love most about your tours?

“The behind-the-scenes stories and cast interaction stories. We were on set for many scenes filmed in Covington, so we can explain how a scene was created, from decor, camera angles, stunts, cast, crew and so much more. It really brings the show to life. These are our real stories from "stalking" the show. That's how we got our name.”

If you could grant one wish for your guests, what would it be?

“To witness firsthand what it all takes, how many people and all the work that goes into one little 20-second clip of an episode. We have been blessed to be part of recreating some of that magic at our visitor center. We have an amazing relationship with Warner Brothers, and they donated some incredible screen-used props from The Vampire Diaries, including Damon's screen-used Camaro. Most people would give anything to meet the cast members or have them join us on a tour.”
